Philips CM200 TEM/STEM

CM200 can be used in TEM and STEM mode with high tension up to 200kV. Imaging in TEM mode takes place with a 2k x 2k CMOS camera by TVIPS which has a fast readout with frame rates up to 1.8 fps. For crystallographic applications there are two double tilt holders with a high tilt range (α ± 40°,β ± 30°). Additionally, in STEM mode there is the possibility to do analytical measurements with EDS. The EDS system is capable of quantitative spot measurements and qualitative scans.
